After posting about the Sleek Makeup Nude Collection i thought of talking about my Sleek Makeup collection. The first time i was introduced to the Sleek Makeup i went and ordered 3 i-Divine palettes in Original, Storm and Sunset. Once i got the package i was kind of surprised to know that the palette’s size is pretty small! I never paid attention to its size when i was reviewing the collections online, but the sizes of each eyeshadow is pretty reasonable.
The i-Divine palette is a mineral based eyeshadow, each palette has 12 eyeshadows and a double ended sponge tip applicator,i never liked applying my eyeshadow using a sponge applicator so i prefer my brushes, the palette also has a mirror on its lid. The quality of the eyeshadow is good, i noticed alot of fallouts and the palette looks pretty messy after i use it. But i love the colors, there are alot of shimmery eyeshadows which are not my favorite but it is needed sometimes to create a festive look, or to be worn with muted blusher and lipstick. I noticed two colors are mostly repeated in some palettes which is the black and probably dark brown. I cannot tell for sure because some palettes do not have the eyeshadow names (Original, Sunset and Storm), i believe they started including the eyeshadow names in the newer or Limited Edition ones.
Original i-Divine Palette
This palette is all shimmery eyeshadows except for the first black on the top left. Most of the colors are very wearable and they’re highly pigmented. But i noticed that this palette is different from the others from the inside, the eyeshadows are inside these circles and there are gaps in between, like the plate itself is only the circles that hold the eyeshadows. It seems this was a bad idea and changed it to the regular straight plate. The name of the eyeshadows are not written on the palette.
Storm i-Divine Palette
This palette is one of my favorites, there is no color i wouldnt use for an everyday look, no festive or flashy colors. There are only 3 matte colors and the rest are shimmery. I made a big mess when i used this palette several times, and honestly these eyeshadow can do a big mess from the first time (the shimmery colors only) :-s This palette doesnt include names too.
Sunset i-Divine Palette
This is a really beautiful palette and it doest look like a real sunset with all these reddish, orangy and coral colors. The only thing that i dont understand in this palette is the blue color, probably it resembles the sea! LOL i dont know. The 2nd color on the bottom rown from the left is a dupe for MAC Cranberry eyeshadow. All eyeshadows are shimmery except for the black which is matte.
Monaco i-Divine Palette
This eyeshadow palette is from the Limited Edition collection called Mediterranean Collection, the colors are vibrant and very colorful but i dont see any overly bright or unusable colors, they all look reasonably muted and wearable. This palette has 8 matte colors and the rest are shimmery. The names of the eyeshadows are written on the transparent protection sheet.
Oh So Special i-Divine Palette
This palette is very beautiful but unfortunately the colors dont look as beautiful as they are in real, they look a bit lighter, the pink shades are gorgeous especially the matte coralish one on the top and the lighter one below, this palette has alot of browns and i liked that they mixed them between matte and shimmers. It has 7 matte eyeshadows and 5 shimmers. The names of the eyeshadows are printed on the transparent protection sheet.
I also have The Primer Palette, it has 12 different basic shades, some of them are pretty useful, instead of buying a single MAC paint pot this palette is really good. I dont think i will ever buy a black or dark blue paint pot but this one has it all, i wont ever know when i will suddenly need such color, and i will be relieved to know its available with me.
My opinion about the eyeshadow palettes: well i love them, even though there are much better quality in the market but these are not to be missed. The palettes are so cute in size but they’re not cheap at all even if the product is not expensive. My all time advice if you think that the shade is too light for you and wont show as beautiful as it looks always apply a white base before, like NYX Jumbo pencil in Milk or anything similar.
Now its time to show you the other beautiful stuff by Sleek Makeup. Beside the eyeshadow palettes that Sleek Makeup are famous for are the truly pigmented blushers. I’m not a big fan of very pigmented blushers because i hate to just place the tip of the brush on top of the blush, i am a generous woman and i love to “sweep” my brush on the blusher!! But it doesnt work with these blushers at all, just dab the tip of the brush and this will be enough, do it as often as you want to build up the color if you want a darker shade. The packaging is very cute and small, but the blush takes almost the whole size from the inside because it doesnt contain a brush or anything, the whole area is only used for the blush. I hate these blushers by Chanel or Burberry and others brands too where they dont use the whole area for the blush, they tend to waste it on a little brush that we never use and the rest is just plain plastic! I like my brush to fit inside the blush and i can sweep it as much as i want.
This is GLO Face & Body Highlighter in Peach Shimmer, and it has 5 strips of highlighters and a brush that i dont understand how to use it, again i will say that i dont like such palettes brushes, they’re almost useless for me, i prefer to use my own brushes. I’ve expected more of this highlighter, the color is very frosty and it needs an extra blending to look good and natural, i prefer using each color individually instead of mixing then together.

I gree with u, they r nice colors but comparing the quality i guess they r fine, I love their blushers, haven’t tried them yet, how is their shipment? Quick? Cause I brought their palettes from UK last year
Vintage Lady, their shipment takes time, not a quick one, i think its kind of similar to Sigma shipment timing.
