My sister in law told me alot about the Dolce&Gabbana Perfect Finish Creamy Foundation and how good it is, and i thought i would give it a try. Last year i got the Perfect Finish Powder Foundation Wet or Dry that can also be used wet and i didnt like it, i rarely used it as a normal powder too. So i got the Creamy Foundation a couple of weeks ago and started using it, and this is what i think about it.
The packaging:
The foundation comes in a jar of glass with its signature gold cover, it is kind of heavy, and personally i hate products in jar because i know it will eventually collect bacteria from the constant exposure to air, even though there is a small spatula to grab the product instead of putting my fingers inside.
The formula:
The foundation is indeed very creamy, but not thick, it feels like a cream moisturizer, very soft and easy to apply. It is supposed to give a luminous/glowy effect and maybe it does but it is not too obvious like NARS Sheer Glow and such similar foundation.
The Coverage:
I am a person who likes the medium coverage more than the light or heavy, and this one is the one i love, medium coverage. I t gives a flawless and radiant looking skin.
The way i apply it:
I use the Sigma Round Top Kabuki F-82 or Sigma Angled Top Kabuki F84 brushes to apply the foundation, then powder it with the Dolce&Gabbana Perfect Finish Powder Foundation Wet or Dry using a Sigma Large Powder F-30 brush. Or you can use the traditional liquid foundation brush MAC 190 or Sigma F60.
